Impact of Unmanaged Rainwater Flow

We have performed hundreds of inspections of Residential and Commercial buildings, and the most ignored and overlooked issue is rainwater damage.

As you can see in the following photo, dripping water from a window air conditioning unit, over many years, has managed to erode the concrete sidewalk. Imagine what happens when this water seeps behind a building foundation or gets past a building facade. Foundation settlement or cracks and brick wall bulging are a few to name and are expensive to fix.
